Privacy policy

The short version: If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, to write to you once when coffr opens. We don’t sell it and we don’t track you. You can have it removed at any time.
01Who we are
coffr is operated by Coffr LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("coffr", "we", "us"). This policy covers coffr.vercel.app and the coffr waitlist. Questions go to hello@coffr.bet.

03Public by nature
Once coffr opens, every deposit and withdrawal is a public Solana transaction tied to your wallet address. We cannot delete or hide it, and neither can anyone else.
04Third parties
The site is hosted on Vercel, which receives standard request data such as your IP address and browser type. Waitlist emails are stored with Upstash, our database provider. Fonts are hosted on our own domain. The live market list is fetched from Polymarket through our server; the small market pictures load from Polymarket's image host, which sees that request like any image host would.
05Cookies
We set no cookies and run no analytics. See the Cookie Policy.
06Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, including leaving the waitlist, by writing to hello@coffr.bet with "Privacy request" in the subject. We reply within two working days and act within 30 days.
07Children
coffr is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep data about them.
08Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page first.
